Grace Fellowship Church in Baltimore had a vision for a building more extensive than what their current giving said they could accomplish. When we met with the team, the purpose of impacting the city of Baltimore was compelling, but the message wasn’t clear, and there was no strategy to make their purpose a reality. We were also faced with limitations knowing that to help them reach their audacious $20,000,000 goal, we’d have to increase their donor base massively.
